Start of School 2020-21 School Year

Greetings Tri-Tech Students & Families:

Many of you have already received information from your school district regarding plans to reopen school this fall. On Wednesday, July 29 the Kennewick School District (KSD) Board of Directors made the decision to postpone regular in-person instruction for the start of the 2020-21 school year for the month of September. Given Tri-Tech is hosted by the Kennewick School District, we also will return to school via 100 percent remote learning model in order to ensure the health and safety of students, staff and families.

Our teachers have already been preparing to provide their programs remotely. We understand you have many questions and we will be providing you with more specific details in the coming weeks. Please look for an email from your teacher about orientation and specific program information. And just a quick reminder the first day of school for Tri-Tech is Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020.

As you are aware, the situation can and will change, and we are working to ensure that students will have the most rigorous, equitable education possible, no matter the circumstances.
