Important Reminders

  • The Tri-Tech Skills Center Core Modernization Project is a $45.5 million state-funded project to modernize the original 66,000-square-foot section of the Tri-Tech facility built in 1981. The project includes infrastructure upgrades (electrical, plumbing, roofing, mechanical), energy and life safety improvements, and a reconfiguration of spaces to better support current programs and allow for potential future additions such as Pharmacy Tech and HVAC/Plumbing. Newer building additions from 2007 and 2020 will not be impacted.
